How to set up font and type in Outlook 2010?

My question today relates to the set up of Office 2010


Every time I try to send a message with Outlook 2010 (or to write a document with Word 2010) I get the Colibri typeface and a font size that I do not like.


I would like the typeface offered to always be arial and the size to be 12


How could one achieve this (either from the Microsoft Office 2010 link at start up or from the Word or Outlook link) ?

just choose a font you like and it should work :)
