How do i add pictures from my LG Shine mobile phone onto Facebook?

What is the easiest way of getting pictures onto my laptop would a memory card be okay?? And if i try to email pictures from my Mobile Phone it then says check account settings so i crnt e-mail thm to my e-mail address!!:( Pleaseee Help!!:):D|||Just text the photos to your email address
