I recently dropped my mobile and the screen is broken I can't see anything. I have very sentimental pictures and videos on the phone but, my bluetooth is switched off also so I cant transfer that way, When I connected it to my computer through the usb port it downloaded the programme for the phone but I cant get any of the files to appear, please help.|||Most mobiles that i know of does not need a programme downloaded, what you need to do is connect your phone to the computer with the usb then seconds later click on the start menu then my computer, then removable device or it will say some think like my mobile or MP3.
If that does not work you will need to get the screen fixed.
